Refund & Cancellation

We thank you and value your business. Please carefully read the policy conditions and process to understand the information and guidelines regarding your rights and obligations. We make every effort to service the orders placed with us in accordance with the specifications and timelines specified for each service. If the order cannot be delivered due to unavoidable circumstances or because of the vendors' limitations, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Procedure for Cancellation

Any of the following reasons may cause the order to be cancelled:

  • If the time of service delivery that you reserved is no longer convenient for you.
  • As per the customer's request.
  • The address given is no longer valid.
  • Any other reason beyond the vendors' or Doona's control.
  • The correct product was unable to be delivered.
  • The shipping address was discovered to be untraceable, incorrect, incomplete, locked, and the customer was unavailable.
  • For such reasons, the order may be cancelled prior to 5 hours from the service delivery time.

Policy on Refunds

What about a refund if you cancel?

You don't have to be concerned because your payment is secure with Doona. We will process your refund request within 7-14 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the same account from which you made the payment.
